About ASU
ASU was proposed in 1885 and in 1886 the first day of instruction was February 8, 1886, when 33 students met in a single room on land donated by George and Martha Wilson of Tempe.
Why the college interests me...
I want to attend at ASU because i like Arizona and the desert. I used to live in Arizona and I would like to go back. I like that they have a hockey club. I also enjoy the local offers, especially from their NHL team for college students.
Obstacles
An obstacle for me would be getting out there because of how far it is. Another obstacle would be the monetary costs, because it is very expensive. Living in Texas puts me a state and a half away from family which could be difficult. The cost depends on a lot of things, but even with scholarships it can be expensive.
