We hope you've had a wonderful Spring Break! Monday, April 5, will be a teacher workday. There is no school for students. Beginning this week, students will come to school face-to-face on Wednesdays. Make sure you're here on Wednesday!
Kindergarten registration begins tomorrow. Do you have a four year old at home or know someone who does? Please help us spread the word that we will have a fun registration day at Clyde Erwin on Saturday, April 10, from 10am-2pm, with lemonade on the lawn under our new sunshade. Please make sure to stop by and register your child. Families may sign up for our Spanish Immersion program or regular Kindergarten program.
To encourage high rates of attendance for the remainder of the year, we have decided to have a large end-of-year school celebration for all students. This will include a cookout, blow ups, and some water activities on the last day of school. To attend the party, students may have no more than 3 excused absences and every three tardies will count as one absence from April 6 to the end of school. Academics and behavior will not be considered to attend. Please help us help your child be successful and be able to attend the party.
Important Reminders
1. Students riding buses, please remember to wear your mask and keep it on the entire ride.
2. Monday, April 5- Teacher Workday- no school for students and Kindergarten registration begins
3. Beginning this week, students will attend school face-to-face on Wednesdays through the end of the year.
4. April is the Month of the Military Child. We will have a spirit week the week of April 12. All students may join in the fun.
