SCHEDULE REMINDER
MEAL DISTRIBUTION CHANGES
- Hybrid, or in person students, will go on Tuesdays to a specially designated kiosk in the cafeteria to pick up meals for Wednesday.
- FIVE, or virtual students, can still pick up meals at the school on Wednesdays. However, the pick up times have been adjusted to 12:15 - 1:45 pm. Buses will no longer run with meals. The distribution centers here at Irmo, Chapin and Dutch Fork High Schools will be the only locations to distribute on Wednesdays.
INSTRUCTIONAL MODEL CHANGE REQUESTS
You now have an opportunity to request a change in your child's instructional model which will take place at the end of the first semester. Use this request form to make your change request. This request does not guarantee placement in an instructional model.
Requests will be considered based on space and schedule/class availability. If you have more than one child attending Irmo High, please complete the form one time for each child. The window for making the request closes on November 20, 2020. Parents and guardians will receive notification of the status of their request by January 27, 2021. If approved, your child's placement will change on February 3, 2021, the first day of second semester.

TIME FOR RACE PACKETS

- The next school Board meeting will be Monday, November 16 at Dutch Fork High School beginning at 7:00 pm. The following link on the District's website contains information on past meetings and is where you can access the livestream for upcoming meetings.
- School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties has launched new online interactive maps to allow the community to input their address, explore the redistricting scenarios, and understand potential attendance zone changes (if any) to their families and neighborhoods. Lexington-Richland School District Five will hold its 2021 high school graduation ceremonies Friday, June 18 and Saturday, June 19 at the Colonial Life Arena. Irmo High School will be the district’s first graduation ceremony, followed by Spring Hill High School, Chapin High School and Dutch Fork High School. While the order of graduation ceremonies for School District Five are being announced, specific times and dates for each school will be shared as that information becomes available and is released by the arena.
While Colonial Life Arena has confirmed dates for the district’s 2021 graduation ceremonies, dates, times and locations are subject to change due to COVID-19 response and restrictions that could be placed on event venues. Seating guidelines, mask requirements and other safety measures could be implemented by Colonial Life Arena.
