Lunchtime Reminders!

Fronteras does not have a lunch or breakfast program. Students will need to bring a packed lunch from home, as well as a snack every day to be eaten in their assigned classroom.

Lunch time reminders:

  • No Top Ramen or Cup of Noodles unless precooked and stored in a thermos. Top Ramen and Cup of Noodles takes too long to microwave causing safety issues and not allowing enough time for your child to eat their lunch
  • No lunch items requiring more than a minute to microwave
  • No microwave popcorn
  • No glass containers, this has proven to be a safety hazard
  • Students need to bring a labeled water bottle every day to school

Eagle Scout Project GaGa Ball Court!

Former Fronteras Student, Adam Wargo, carried out this effort as part of the process to earn the rank of Eagle Scout by building a GaGa Ball Court! A scout must complete 21 merit badges and an Eagle project. The project gives them an opportunity to plan something, lead others, and provide a service to the community. Adam currently holds the rank of Life Scout and is the Senior Patrol Leader with Troop 300. He has one more merit badge to complete before he can apply for the rank of Eagle. He was really happy to be able to do something that would benefit Fronteras, since he went there and his little siblings still do. Thanks for supporting him, this has been such a great learning opportunity!

Recess Fun!

Students enjoy tying up former Fronteras student and recess monitor, Skyler! We know who's REALLY in charge!

P.E. Bike Day!

The reason for filling out all of those P.E. permission slips! WORTH IT!
