Evamere Week in Review

Evamere One Book, One School Project: Mr. Popper's Penguins

Evamere began the journey of Mr. Popper's Penguins on January 4th by reading the book aloud in all the classrooms. The students have been engaged in many inquiry projects to explore penguin habitats, as well as examining how they move, eat, and swim. Please ask your child about what he or she has discovered about penguins. We will culminate the month with a family movie night on January 29th. Many classes have been watching the live webcam with penguins at :https://seaworldparks.com/en/seaworld-orlando/AnimalVision/ViewAnimals/Penguins/. You can access this at home to watch penguins in water and on land.

So proud of our Auto Be Good Students enjoying the breakfast with their families.

January Habit #4: Think Win, Win

Habit 4 — Think Win-Win

Everyone Can Win: I balance courage for getting what I want with consideration for what others want. I make deposits in others’ Emotional Bank Accounts. When conflicts arise, I look for third alternatives. Evamere students will explore this habit during the month of January.
