Goal Setting
Resources from 01.20.22 Transition Class
HAPPY MONDAY!
We had a great class on setting and completing goals last Thursday. If you were not able to join us, we've put the recording link here.
20JAN22 Goal Setting & Goal Completion
We've also included a few other resources below that will give you good ideas on why goals are important and how to set some.
CHALLENGE: TRY TO SET ONE GOAL FOR YOURSELF THIS WEEK... AND COMPLETE IT!
A few ideas:
- I will clear my work/study space every afternoon, when I'm finished
- I will review notes or materials from my hardest class for 10 minutes everyday
- I will attend every one of my class connects this week
- I will turn in (insert number) late assignments I have that are past due
You can make any goal you want for yourself - it doesn't have to be related to school!
If you'd like individual help, let your Transition Liaison know and we can schedule time to help you!
Have a fantastic week!
