Innovative Programs

Legislative Purpose

  • Support local education reform efforts
  • Provide funding to implement educational reform programs and school improvement plans
  • Meet the educational needs of all students
  • Develop and implement education programs to improve school, student, and teacher performance

Allowable Uses of Funds

Title V must be tied to promoting challenging academic standards, improve student achievement, and be a part of an overall education reform strategy.
