Nia is fun! We use an energizing, eclectic mix of Music; movement concepts from Martial Arts, Dance arts and Healing Arts as inspiration for how we move. By focusing on body awareness and the sensations we create by moving, we improve Strength, Agility, Mobility, Stability and Flexibility!
Nia can be done by almost anyone; your workout can be as athletic as you want to make it, or a softer, gentler workout. Connect to your body in a positive way and reap the benefits!
