Join us as we focus on Gratitude and how to find the blessings in our daily lives. Take an afternoon to find gratitude in the food we eat, nature, our bodies, and in Shabbat. This will truly be a Shabbat of rest and rejuvenation. We will use our intellect, our bodies, and our inner and outer music to find peace and appreciation.

Neshamah for the Soul is an organisation dedicated to Jewish spiritual growth. We use texts, traditions and Jewish spiritual practices to enhance one's spiritual development. We are a charity co-founded and led by Rabbi Marcia Plumb.

Rabbi Marcia Plumb

Rabbi Marcia is co-founder and director of Neshamah for the Soul. She directed the spiritual formation programme at Leo Baeck College for 15 years, and has taught and written widely on spiritual growth. She is a trained Jewish spiritual director, a Mussar teacher and Jewish meditation leader. She is an excellent and inspiring teacher, and makes Jewish texts accessible and exciting.
