Making the perfect pie crust is all about technique. Learn all the little tips and tricks in this workshop. Find out why some people swear by an all-butter, half lard, or part shortening crusts. What makes a pie crust flaky? Tender? You definitely don't need to be a trained pastry chef or have a pie-baking grandmother to enjoy a homemade pie fresh out of your own oven.


You will be amazed at what you can do! We will all enjoy a sample slice of pie during the Sunday afternoon - November 23rd class.

You'll start with preparation of flaky and sweet pie-crust dough. Then you'll prepare the delicious apple filling all in the relaxed atmosphere of Becky's kitchen.
