Student Clubs & Organizations

Anne McCormick Sullivan Elementary

Welcome!

We are excited to offer a variety of extra-curricular activities for the 2018 - 2019 school year. Your child will have an opportunity to develop their personal and career interests through one of our school clubs. School clubs are a great way to help students develop socially as well as help them learn to work as a team.

Here are some important things to keep in mind as you and your child select a club(s) to begin the application process with.

  • Most clubs have a selection process and the selection criteria will be shared with students and parents.
  • Clubs are limited to a certain number of students due to supplies and safety. Club sponsors are responsible for notifying students and parents of any final decisions.
  • Student organizations are separate from clubs and are listed last in this newsletter. They have a different selection process.
  • Clubs generally meet from late September through early April.*
  • Club meetings are generally 45-60 minutes long, and meeting times vary depending on the club.
  • Please do NOT select multiple clubs that meet on the same day and time.
  • Allow two to three weeks for your signup details to be processed.
  • Once club selections have been processed, an email notification will be sent from the club sponsor.
  • A brief description of each club and organization is listed below.

*Some clubs may have different start and ending dates.
