Thank you to those that participated in our student led conferences last week. Hearing directly from your student on their progress and areas they are still working on is an amazing opportunity for the students, as well as for you. We look forward to partnering together during the school year.
Next week on Friday, November 4, will be the end of our first trimester. You can access your student's report card via TeacherEase beginning Friday, November 11. There will be no hard copy report cards sent home.
Veterans Day is coming up on Friday November 11th and the 5th grade students of Western Trails School will be honoring them with a musical performance in the gym that day. If you have a family member or friend who is a Veteran or current soldier in the military, please invite them to attend this special event honoring their bravery and sacrifice for our country.
- 5th grade families- Please invite your family Veteran/Soldier to attend the 9:30 am morning performance.
- Kindergarten through 4th grade families- Please invite your family Veteran/Soldier to attend the 2:30PM afternoon performance.

With Halloween and all the excitement that brings, please review the information I sent out last week that includes costume, party and parade information. If you did not see the information, you can click HERE.
We are also excited to host our PTA halloween dance this Friday, October 28. The event begins at 6:30 P.M. and will end at 8:00 P.M. There is no entrance fee but concessions will be available for purchase. Also, a reminder that all students need to be accompanied by an adult.
This weekend our Early Childhood Center will be hosting a fall festival on Saturday, October 29. Check out the flyers below for more information.

Con Halloween y toda la emoción que trae consigo, revise la información que envié la semana pasada que incluye información sobre disfraces, fiestas y desfiles. Si no vio la información, puede hacer clic AQUÍ.
También estamos emocionados de presentar nuestro baile de Halloween de la PTA este viernes 28 de octubre. El evento comienza a las 6:30 p.m. y finalizará a las 20:00 horas. No hay tarifa de entrada, pero las concesiones estarán disponibles para la compra. Además, un recordatorio de que todos los estudiantes deben estar acompañados por un adulto.
Este fin de semana, nuestro Centro de Primera Infancia organizará un festival de otoño el sábado 29 de octubre. Consulte los folletos a continuación para obtener más información.
