NESTLE CEREAL
It is a chocolate cereals, these cereals are rich in carbohydrates.
Usually is accompanied with milk and colacao/nesquik, coffee, etc...
INGREDIENTS:
This includes: whole wheat, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavoring), sugar, cocoa powder, aroma, antioxidant, milk.
GOOG THINGS:
Cereal are often not contain a lot of fat and thus contribute less unhealthy fats compared to the bakery and some crackers.
BAD THINGS:
In general, high sugar contents makes them not recommended. If cereals are hazelnut, sugar or honey, then the sugar content and soars to 30-35g per 100g of product.
The glycemic index and glycemic load usually very high. encouraging a sharp rise in blood glucose, its sodium content (salt) in excessive, its fiber content, usually poor.
IN CONCLUSION...
I think the cereals is a good choice for breakfast, although still not clear which is best for a balanced and healthy diet , and I would recommended it to others if they want to lead a healthy life.

The ketchup is rich in carbohydrates of which sugars.
INGREDIENTS:
Tomatoes, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, spice extracts and aromatic herb, spice.
GOOD THINGS:
Ketchup contains no fat because it is not made from oil.
BAD THINGS:
The ketchup is high in calories. This is one of the foods that if we abuse them can become a problem. Its drawback containing salt and sugar People who have stomach problems are not advised to take ketchup.
IN CONCLUSION...
If we take a moderate ketchup and without misusing could accompany food part of a healthy diet.
Normally most people usually accompany meals with this mythical like the fried tomato sauce.
