Alisa Klein Consulting provides management, programmatic, and organizational development services to values-based non-profit organizations working on social justice issues. Alisa specializes in the fields of international policy and peacebuilding, criminal justice, interpersonal violence prevention, and public health. Her work is undergirded by a deep awareness of, and willingness to grapple with, the ways in which race, class, gender inequality, and other social, political, and cultural inequities affect our communities. Alisa Klein Consulting wants to help your organization become stronger, more focused, and as impactful as it possibly can be.

Who is Alisa Klein?

Alisa has served as the Principal of Alisa Klein Consulting since 2003. She has worked with a variety of national, international, and local non-profit organizations on issues from the prevention of sexual violence and child maltreatment, to restorative and transformative justice responses to harm, to peace-building and justice in the Middle East. She is trained in public policy analysis and advocacy, mediation, and research and writing, and possesses expertise in organizational management and development, public health prevention, and criminal justice policy and research. She has a Bachelor's degree from Smith College, and a Master's in International Policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
