You'll be critical in reviewing our curriculum.
What is the time commitment?
There is a two year time commitment. Meetings are one hour a month, hopefully not surpassing 6 meetings a year.
How many others are on the advisory committee?
There are 18 other members on the committee. We need 19 to be compliant with state statute percentages.

Tickets are now available for the upcoming performances at the Schauer Arts Center. Our students have been pouring their hearts into rehearsals and are excited to bring to you a revitalized version of the timeless fairy tale, "The Princess and the Pea." Will our dear princess manage to catch a wink of sleep with that pesky pea hidden under the mountain of mattresses? Will this test by the Queen unveil the Princess' royal heritage and open the door to a fairy-tale romance with the prince? STATE GOLF NEWS
Congratulations to Freshman Rita Kuepper for shooting an 81 and 85 for a 166 finish at the WIAA State Girls Golf Tournament this week. Rita came in 26th out of 78 golfers and shot the 2nd best state score for a Hartford golfer in program history. Special thanks teammates and everyone for their support!

Meet Luke Switalski - Class of 2010
Tell us about your current pursuits and how did your experience at Hartford Union inspire you?
I am currently a police officer with the City of Brookfield Police Department. I have been an officer with Brookfield for eight years. I hold specialty positions as a member of Waukesha County Civil Disturbance Unit, Honor Guard for our Department, DARE officer, a drone operator for the Waukesha County SWAT team and a vehicle contacts instructor. I am also happily married to my wife and a proud father of three beautiful children.
What college did you or are you attending and what was(is) your major? If you went into the trades, tell us about your apprenticeship program?
I attended UW Oshkosh and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. I then went on to completed my 720 hour Police Academy with Fox Valley Tech.
What higher education course work did you like and what did you find difficult?
I always loved my history and English classes I found them always to be interesting. I struggled with my math and science course but always found them to be important.
What advice would you give current students?
Be kind to everyone and never get caught up in the drama. Live in the moment and never wish to speed time up. These years in high school are some of the best memories you will have for your entire life.
