This is the second to last piece of artwork that I had created, it is call take me to the city. The largest problem i had while making this pot was that after i had it fired in the kilm, there were MANY large cracks in the top rim. i fixed it by stuffing little bits of tooth picks and adding glue to each one of the cracks and held them while it dried. that was the most stressful part about this artwork that i had. if i could change anything about this piece i'd make this pots shape more crazy or outragous looking to fit into the "city" look. i made this because one day i hope to make it big somewhere and be inportant to someone that matters.
i named my whistle laventer because that is its color. i had a very difficult time getting the mouth piece just right to make the ideal sound i wanted. i made this fish have a thick nose because i wanted it to look like it would be drawn in a Dr.Souses book. If i could change one thing about this lavender fish it would be the pattern on its back. i should of waited until the fish was harder to make a design on its back to get more clear lines. this artwork is truely a character coming to life.

this artwork looks like it could of been a coil pot. it is mainly median brown mixed with various shades of brown ton it. the top of this art called "the vortex" is a curving moving line. it is all uneven at the top of the vase. then the sides and the bottom of this appears very smooth. the artist of this design used great and careful hands making the art smooth. next this artwork looks like it tells a story. it could mean that the artist is confused. possibly the artist is getting sucked into something he or she doesnt want to be put into. that could be why this is a very dark color. dark because its bad and he doesnt want to be sucked into something. then the first element that stuck out to me in this was the texture in it. it looks extremely smooth on the sides and possibly bottom. also my favorite principle in this is the use of line. the line around the end is the first thing that you see when you look at this. the rim on the top of this is curvey. it just keeps repeating its selt. and finally the balance is used in this artwork as well. the relaxed smoothness and the crazy rim evens eachother out. my opinion on this artwork is a positive one. i love how there is many different browns used in this vase. i also enjoy looking at the rim. its waves remaind me of the ocean. the smoothness is also a plus, smoother than a babies butt is what it looks like. i think that many other people could agree with me that this looks difficult to make but you could see how this artiest shoulc or could be famous one day.

this statue it an off white. there are three males that are carved into this artwork. also there is one long snake or rope that is very long. this item raps around all three of these mals in different places. the man in the middle has an overwhelming expression on its face. oh, and akk three of these guys are carved naked and are very musclurar. next i feel like the two males on the side of the main man in the statue are either kids or angles. those two are holding back the one in the middle very hardly. the expression on the mans face in the middle looks determined. it also looks like it could be a bit overwhelmed with a dash of fear in it. the two men on the side could be stopping the one in the middle from doing something that could ruin him life, like killing someone. after that i noticed some great elements and priniples used in this artwork. the use of texture in the muscles and in the hair on the body of the men are done in great detail. it almost looks like real hair. next the actual surfaces of the mans faces and the tops of the mens muscles are smooth or soft looking. next i noticed the balence of the picture how the main man in the middle is larger than the rest. the man in the middle is the focus point of the statue. your eyes are suppose to look at him first. my opinion of this statue is that it is beautiful. this looks like it took a ton of work to carefully carve into that stone or rock. it was well thoughtout or planed. i love the color of the stone picked. and that i would definitly buy that and out it in my home as a decoration.
