Yay, for grandparents!

Grandparents were invited to enjoy a muffin & juice with their grandchildren while they read to them! A grandparents never ending love was definitely felt in the library this week!

Our wonderful supporting literacy loving Principal Mrs. Priscilla Salinas is enjoying reading to our students "Where's My Mummy!" By: Carolyn Crimi. Mrs. Salinas, was challenged last year by me "Mrs. Lugo" to read a monthly book and she's still up for the challenge this year! How lucky we are to have Mrs. Salinas, she truly embodies a magnificent reading leader!

Another grant!

Yay, our students will be 21st century college connected with the many resources we receive through these awesome donors that make our grants possible.

This September we were fortunate enough to fulfill a donor's choose grant by the help of one of our very own School Board Members Mr. Ronnie Cantu! Shout out to him and the many other donor's who allow our students to access the many new innovative resources!

Students were able to create, manipulate while learning during their library week!

Thank you, thank you, thank you students, parents, and staff who made our Scholastic Book Fair a total success! We love for our students to get books in their hands and this is just another form of doing it. We sincerely appreciate all of the purchases!

Ice Cream is what our "COOL" reading students were able to receive for reaching their AR goals. Our 2nd six weeks AR Incentive is Electronics! 1, 2, 3, go let's start reading!
