Move Along by The All-American Rejects
"all you got to keep is strong Move along, move along like I know you do And even when your hope is gone Move along, move along just to make it through Move along Move along"
Those are lyrics from the song. The song is saying no matter what adversity you are going through, important or petty, that all you have to do is keep fighting. Even on you darkest days, when everything is against you, if you just keep moving and do not yield to your problems. you can make it through alright. The message of the story is even if you don't have any hope left, if you just keep going and keep trying, you will survive, and you will succeed.

How to Survive an Earthquake
If you live in a place that has a lot of earthquakes or just want to be prepared in case of an emergency, here is how to survive or persevere through an earthquake. First you and your family need to make a plan. You should discuss where to meet up afterward, who to call, where the safety kit is, how to stay safe, those kinds of things. Second you need to make a safety kit. In there you should put a flashlight, a blanket, some food that won't go bad, an extra phone, first aid supplies like band-aids, and whatever else you might need in an emergency. During the earthquake if you are inside, stay there and go under a sturdy desk or table. If you are outside, try to avoid building and get to an open space where there aren't things that can fall on top of you. If you are driving, stay in the car, slow down, and park on the side of the road and try to avoid bridges, tall buildings, trees, and power lines. After the earthquake, check for injuries on yourself and others around you and help them if needed. Then you need to either get to or stay in a safe place and be ready for the aftershock which is not as bad as the initial earthquake, but can still cause some damage. Lastly you need to remain calm. Do not panic or get upset because if you follow the plan that you make with your family, you will be fine.
