FINAL TRANSCRIPT FAQs
How much does my final transcript cost? The first copy of your final transcript is FREE! Additional transcripts are $5 each.
How will you know which college to send my transcript to? We use the results from the Graduation Survey. As long as you completed your Graduation Survey and selected your college in Naviance, there are no additional steps.
What if I need a final transcript sent somewhere other than the colleges listed in Naviance (for example a trade school, an employer, a gap year program, etc.)? See your counselor to fill out the transcript request form for any program NOT listed in Naviance. If it is during the summer, see Mr. Hanna in the front office.
Will students see my name on the scattergrams once I answer the graduation survey? No, the data is listed without names attached.
What if I change my mind on which college I will be attending but I've already taken the Graduation Survey? Please see your counselor in person to make the change. If the counselors are gone for the summer, you should see Mr. Hana in the front office.
What if some of my classes were taken at other schools? If you have taken courses at another high school(s), through an online provider or at a community college, most colleges and universities also want an official transcript sent to them directly from that institution, even if you have already added that course to your high school transcript. You will need to contact the specific high school, online provider or community college to request those transcripts. This includes transcripts from international schools also.
