What is the Registration Fee?

Now until October 6th at 11:59pm: $30
October 7th-8th (including on site): $35

What does the registration fee include? The registration fee includes training, vision & inspiration, swag and coffee.

Is there a registration deadline? You can register up until the day of the event; however, the rate does increase as of October 7th (see registration fees above).

Are tickets refundable? Registration fees are non-refundable; however, extenuating circumstances such as a family emergency can be escalated to the Home Office for consideration and review. Please email globalevents@stelladot.com if you have any questions.

Who should attend? All active Stella & Dot Stylists! The event curriculum/agenda however is focused on core business building skills, targeting New Stylists through Senior Stylists with a goal to promote up to Star Stylist.

Can I bring a guest? We would love for you to bring a guest to our Meet Stella & Dot from 11:00am-12:00pm. Your guest is then welcome to stay (if room permits) for the training from 1:00pm-5:00pm complimentary.

Can I bring my children? Unfortunately children are not allowed to attend, with the exception of nursing babies.

Need a hotel room? Receive a special rate of $94/night plus tax when booking at the The Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks. Here is the link to book your stay! Book your group rate for Stella & Dot Basic Bootcamp. (Cutoff for this rate is September 9th)
*Space and special rate is limited and based on availability.

How much is parking? We have secured complimentary parking for the day. There will be parking validation vouchers in our meeting space that will get you this complimentary rate.

What kind of clothing is appropriate? Wear casual clothes that are suitable for sitting for a few hours at a time. Keep in mind that hotel meeting space is frequently chilly so we suggest to bringing a sweater.

What do I do when I first arrive? When you first arrive to the hotel, proceed to our meeting space (Salon AB Ballroom) Here you will check in, receive your name badge and swag!

Will the facilities be handicapped accessible? Yes, the hotel is ADA compliant. During registration you will be able to let us know if you have any specific needs.

Will there be internet access in the meeting space? Wireless access will not be available in the meeting space.

*Space is limited. If we reach our capacity we will start a waitlist.
*Stylists will be responsible for their transportation, hotel, meals and miscellaneous expenses.
*While there is no guarantee, we expect to have Basics Bootcamp events seasonally which will take place in a different location around the US. Check the lounge for details on where future events will be held so you can attend the one that is closest to you!

Lunch is on your own- for your convenience here are a few recommendations that are walking distance to the hotel.
  • The 703 + Kitchen (located inside the hotel)
  • The Fair Oaks Mall is located just right outside the hotel with an array of lunch options.

What are the qualifications to attend Welcome to Leadership?: Star Stylists who promoted for the first time within 12 months of the event (October 1, 2015- September 30th, 2016) and have the career title of Star Stylist by September 30th, 2016 are invited to attend. Additionally, Stars who have attended Welcome to Leadership previously who have a goal of promoting to Associate Director and beyond may also attend as well as newly promoted Associate Directors who promoted (January 1st, 2016- September 30th, 2016) may also attend if they have not attended a Welcome to Leadership or Director Summit. Registration is based on a first come first serve basis and will be limited. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to globalevents@stelladot.com
