Tutoring is happening after school from 4:15-5:15pm for grades 2nd-8th.

Scholars must be registered for the program. Please see your scholars teacher for more information.

No Bus transportation will be provided. Scholars must be picked up by 5:15pm or registered for Aftercare.

Remember parents and scholars in grade 3rd-8th can access their grades through Focus. If you need information on how to access Focus, please reach out to your scholar's teacher.

Below is information on how to download the app. Check your email, even the spam folder, to see if you have received an email from DashPass already! If you have, follow the instructions to register. If you have not, email Mrs Woods at jwoods@emmajewelcharter.com with your name and scholar's name.

Below you will also find helpful videos about the location services feature that is key to have turned on! Also a couple videos on how to add other drivers that are not the parent/guardian!

Another great feature is the Early Dismissal feature! If your scholar has a doctor's appointment or needs to be checked out early, you can let the front office know through the app.

1. Go into the app, click early release, then chose the scholar, reason and time.
2. Once you have submitted that an email will be sent to the parent/guardian for approval.
3. After approval, the front office will approve it and will have your scholar ready for your at the time needed.
4. Signing out in the front office will still need to take place but the front office will be able to see when you have arrived at the school as well!

Your scholar must log into their Launchpad in order to access the following programs:

• iReady
• Study Island
• MyOn
• Studies Weekly
• Stemscopes
• Focus

If your scholar is not logging into Launchpad, they will not be able to log into those programs. Please reach out to your scholar's educator if they are having a hard time logging into their account.
