What will morning arrival look like?
The school start (8:12) and end time (3:01) will remain the same for the 2021-22 school year. (We will continue to ask that families do their best to have their child arrive as close to 8:00 as possible in the mornings). We will also continue to have morning "zones" outside for the students to be in, as all students will remain outside in the morning until they are allowed to enter the building. (unless they are eating breakfast)
With this continued practice, we are asking families to do their best to have their child arrive as close to 8:00 as students WILL NOT be allowed to enter the building until after 8:00 unless eating breakfast. Breakfast will begin around 7:35. Students who will be eating breakfast, will have a designated spot to line up outside of the elementary building and a staff member will escort them in at approximately 7:35.
*Students will line up by class in front of their designated spot each morning which will be labeled with the appropriate signage.
*If the weather does not allow us to be outside, the students will enter the building and go to the commons. (lunchroom)
Thank you for your understanding.
