Dear Families,
The holiday season is here, and this time can bring all sorts of feelings to the forefront. Many of us are coming to terms with it looking very different this year, and finding new creative ways to celebrate safely while bringing family together.
I also know that some of us are grieving and experiencing trauma due to a range of circumstances brought on by the pandemic. I wanted to share a very last minute district-hosted presentation on this subject, with strategies for coping for the whole family. It's happening via Zoom tonight at 7pm. City of Issaquah Mask Distribution Event
Pickering Barn - 1730 10th Ave. NW, Issaquah
This is a drive-thru event ONLY. Interested residents can enter at the Pickering Barn parking lot entrance, drive up to staff and tell them the number of masks they need. 2 cloth reusable masks per family member is the limit. Please be sure to bring your own mask for pick-up and interacting with staff.
