KMS Up2Date

Principal's Message
It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that I welcome our hybrid students back to in-person learning beginning on Monday, January 11, 2021 (DAY A). Since it's been a while that I've seen everyone, I am eager to have our students back in the building and I want to remind everyone about the health and safety guidelines that we have in place that must be followed. Social distancing, hand washing, and mask wearing will all help to keep everyone healthy and safe. We will be reviewing these guidelines in HR on Monday.
I have included important information in this update regarding the National Junior Honor Society, as well as a message from the BWRSD Athletic Director concerning middle school sports.
December 22 marked the halfway point of the second quarter. I urge all parents and guardians to log in to the parent portal in ASPEN to view updated grades and assignments. If you have any questions regarding a grade please contact your child's teacher.
Quarter 2 ends on Friday, February 5. Report cards will be published through the family portal on Wednesday, February 10. Students should be working closely with their teachers to ensure that all work and assignments are up to date so that our reports will be accurate.
I wish everyone a peaceful and healthy 2021.
Have a great weekend,
Dennis Morrell, Principal
