Message from Dr. Kaminski
Today's half day of professional development is a powerful one for the BSE staff. Thank you all for making arrangements to allow us to have such an opportunity. Today our K-2 teachers will meet with Dr. Kingsley, professor at IU Kokomo, with a focus on STEM and our current digital repository. We are looking forward to connecting our digital resources to the world of STEM where our students will collaborate, think, and construct in their learning day. The 3rd and 4th grade teachers are heading to Conner Prairie for a premiere STEM training session where they will engage in the CP grounds and learn new and improved STEM instructional opportunities for our BSE Bears.
Parent Teacher Conferences are in full swing, so if you have not scheduled one, please be sure to contact your teacher!
I would like to say thank you to the Forum Credit Union for their grant to Mrs. Monkul, first grade teacher at BSE, for increased STEM opportunities for the students at BSE. We appreciate having such a supportive community!
Have a great weekend!
