CTE Spotlight - FBLA
Future Business Leaders of America had an opportunity to visit the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. They attended a Business Presentation workshop held by Jacob Gordon the assistant director for the Georgie Snyder Center for Business Communication to help them prepare for the competitions in January for the Area Leadership Conference. These students received great tips on how to create strong business presentation.
Purchase a Yearbook!
Purchase your yearbook today! We have less than 300 yearbooks remaining for sale. The cost of the book is currently $85. https://www.balfour.com/texas/lubbock/lubbock-cooper-high-school
A yearbook is printed in separate parts made up of the cover, then four sections in the middle. Once we send in our final numbers to Balfour for book sales in December we cannot order more books because of the way they are produced. We have sold out every year and anticipate selling out this year - please do not miss out on ordering your book. The last day to purchase a yearbook is February 29th.
This is just a reminder to purchase a yearbook ad for your senior before January 31, 2020. All ads are sold and designed online. You can visit https://www.balfour.com/texas/lubbock/lubbock-cooper-high-school to begin creating your ad. We have different block sizes to choose from. Once you have selected your ad size you can pick out a template to help you create the ad. Insert any texts and photos you would like to use. Please be sure to include your senior's name at the top of your ad. It may also be helpful to type your message in a word document or another platform with spell check. Once you have finished designing your ad you can preview the finished product before you purchase it. Please make sure that you purchase a yearbook if you purchase an ad.
If you have any questions please feel free to email Bekka Berryhill at rberryhill@lcisd.net.
