Week of September 27, 2021

Hello RMS Knights and Families

Our September's Honor the Castle theme is "Making Meaningful Connections". Making meaningful connections is all about the "Why"...fostering an environment where our Richards Middle School community is being safe, respectful, and responsible around the building.

This week’s mindset message for the week of September 27th is the P.L.A.N. Strategy- Pause, Listen, Ask, and Next. We are looking forward to this upcoming Spirit Week Four with our Knights!

Student Immunizations

The State of Michigan requires children to be age-appropriately vaccinated to enroll in school programs, unless a valid exemption applies.

If you received an email and a letter in the mail this week to inform you about missing vaccinations for your student, that must be addressed before October 1.

For more information, please visit: https://health.macombgov.org/Health-Programs-DC-SchoolImmunization.

7th Grade Consent Form

Please complete this form for your 7th grade student(s) if not previously completed.

Student ID Cards

If your student has not received an ID card yet, they may come to the Media Center to get an ID.

If a student loses their ID, they may come to the Media Center to purchase a replacement ID for $3.00.

In addition, students must carry their IDs with them at all times. Lanyards are available for purchase in the Knights Nook, as an option.

Yearbook sales will be online again this year starting at $27.00 until October 22. CLICK HERE to order.
