Message from the Leadership Team.
This past week was the kick off of the Food for Life classes for students at GGLC and GGHS that were made available because of the Florida Health Literacy Initiative, a partnership of the Florida Blue Foundation and the Florida Literacy Coalition. These sessions led students through a series of affordable, healthy and tasty meals including desserts. Students prepared for these classes by being introduced to the main concepts and terminology, followed by an interactive demonstration and tasting menu. Take a look at some of the great recipes. Tuesday In The Know
