International Cultures Day is coming!
March 11, 2020
We are excited for your students to learn more about the different cultures that make our community, and the world at large, as they take a "trip around the world" right here at Mt. Bethel Elementary!
Students are encouraged to share their cultures with their friends by wearing their own cultural attire to school on March 11th!

First Grade - India - Raksha Bandhan - Rakhi Bracelets
First Grade students will learn about the Indian Culture, Rakhi Bandhan which is a celebration of sisters and brothers, and will make Rakhhi Bracelets. Students will make bracelets and give them to a friend or loved one. Directions to project linked in file below.
