Trinity students, faculty and families will be thanking all six pastors from Trinity and our sister churches who help with the weekly chapel service. We will be presenting each pastor with a small gift of appreciation for the wonderful work they do at our chapel service that day at 8:45 a.m. Please join us!

We are asking for a small donation of $1-$5 from each student or family to cover the costs of the gifts - however, don't let that amount limit your appreciation. You are certainly welcome to give more! Please bring your donation to the school office by Monday, October 22. Each pastor is invited to eat lunch with the students that day as well. Help us thank our pastors for all they do!

Pastor John Borgwardt (Living Word - Waukesha), Pastor Jonathan Arndt (Reformation – Dousman), Pastor Jason Hacker (Grace – Waukesha), Pastor Aaron Christie (Trinity), Pastor Scott Oelhafen (Trinity), and Pastor Lawrence Gates (Trinity).

ATTENTION 7TH-12TH GRADERS:

Trinity’s English as a Second Language classes began last Wednesday and will continue until Monday, December 10. ESL meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm. Babysitters are needed for all sessions. This is a great service opportunity! And babysitters receive nominal payment! Moms & Dads - Please see Mrs. Hierlmeier in the school office to sign up your student for any and all service dates. You can also email at khierlmeier@trinitywels.com. This means so much to our Hispanic friends!!!!! Thank you!!!!

ATTENTION BUS RIDERS:

In order for a student to ride the bus to another student's home, they first need to be a CURRENT bus rider. If so, then a Temporary Bus Pass needs to be completed by the parent at least 24 hours in advance and turned into the office for us to sign. The student will then hand the bus driver that form when boarding the bus. Please click here to access the bus pass, which can also be found on the school's website: TEMPORARY BUS PASS. Thank you for your attention to this.

UPCOMING YOUTH GROUP EVENTS - 7TH-12TH GRADE

October 13, 6:30-10:00 PM - Dinner & Movie Night!
Continuing each 2nd Saturday night at the TLC fellowship hall. This month enjoy some Domino's pizza (who cannot resist free pizza?) and see "God's Not Dead 2". Even if you missed last month's movie, this sequel is still a great viewing. It covers the hot topic of "religion in public schools" from the perspective of students, teachers, and parents, alike! Geared for our 7th - 12th graders, we will again have some breakout discussions after the movie as well, so bring some pizza hunger and a friend! (Parents are needed for group leaders as well). Please RSVP to Mrs. Reinke ASAP (so the right amount of pizza can be ordered!)

October 26-27, 8:00 PM-8:00 AM - The Lock-In Is Baaaack!

Back by popular demand, for all 7th-9th grade youth groupers.

For TEENS:

1) $10

2) A 2--liter beverage OR a snack to share

3) A signed youth behavior contract (email Mrs. Reinke to get a copy)

For PARENTS:

We need a total of 8+ parents to help chaperone (4 in 2 shifts) to help keep the youth safe. If we do not have enough by October 22, we will have to cancel event. Please email Mrs. Reinke for the youth contract and/or to help volunteer for this always fun event!

For all RSVP/questions - email Mrs. Laura Reinke (youthgroup@trinitywels.com) or call/text 414-254-3397
