Online Transition Resources
So Much Out There, So Little Time
Workshop Overview
The internet has a vast amount of resources related to post-secondary transition, which is great, but it quickly becomes overwhelming. Wouldn’t it be great to get some focus on the truly valuable sites out there, organize them so that you and your colleagues can explore and discuss the information? That is what these sessions are all about. Pick the topic/s that interest you and join us to explore the resources that can help you guide your students through the post-secondary transition.
