HHS Home & School Association

The Home & School Association is looking for a fourth volunteer to join our senior scholarship review committee. Help us read HHS Home & School scholarship applications and essays to choose 4 recipients. We would meet in early April to receive the completed applications and will need to finalize the review by mid April. Parents of seniors are exempt. If interested, please email us at HHS_HAS@hudson.k12.ma.us.

Seeking Student & Parent Participation to Interview Assistant Principal Candidates

Before the February vacation, Hudson High School publicly posted the job description for interested candidates to apply for the Assistant Principal position currently being served by Mr. Goldberg on an interim basis for the 2020-2021 school year.

We are seeking community participation in the hiring process. Dr. Rodrigues presented this timeline at the School Committee meeting yesterday evening.

Student and Parent participants must be available, at minimum, during the day on Tuesday, March 16 to interview candidates and select candidates to move forward to the next round.

The afternoon and evening of March 23 would be a second opportunity for participants to engage with the candidates along with other members of the high school community.

If you are interested in participating, you can fill out this short interest form by Thursday, March 4 at 3:00 PM. If there is more interest than available spaces on the committee, participants will be selected at random.

If you have any questions, you can email Principal Medeiros at jwmedeiros@hudson.k12.ma.us or call the main office at 978-567-6250.

Thank you for considering!

2021-2022 Course Selection Process

Aspen opens for students to make their course selections and see their teacher course recommendations the week of March 1-5. More information will follow.

Virtual SAT Prep Course

A virtual SAT Prep course will be offered to all juniors this spring. The prep course will prepare students for the SAT test that juniors will take this spring. The SAT test scores are an important piece to the college admission program. Classes will be held on Wednesday afternoons starting March 10th and run for eight Wednesdays until May 5th from 3:00-6:00pm. We do not hold class over April vacation week. The practice tests can be taken in person at school since the SAT exam is still an in person paper/pencil test or we can give it to students to take at home. If you are interested in taking the class and would like more information on course fee and registration, please email Angie Flynn at awilcox@hudson.k12.ma.us.

How to Get Student Technology Support

HPS Technology Device Repair Form

If a student is experiencing technical issues with a district-issued device, students/parents must fill out this online repair form.

After filling out the online repair form, the student/family must bring the device to their school’s main office. The Technology Department will pick up the device, conduct an evaluation, repair the device, and send an email to the student/family when the device can be picked up from the main office of the student’s school.

Aspen Account Issues

If parents/students are experiencing problems with their Aspen Account, they should send an email to aspenhelp@hudson.k12.ma.us.

Google ID Account Issues

Problems with a student's Google ID, please send an email to chromebook_rts@hudson.k12.ma.us. Questions concerning the repair status of a student's device can also be emailed to this same email address.

Class Dues

Hudson High School students in grades 9-12 are assessed annual class dues. Dues are collected annually, rather than in one lump sum in senior year, to help families better manage expenses such as graduation caps and gowns and yearbooks which are not included in the school department budget.

Class dues have been set at $35.00 for freshmen, sophomores and juniors and $40 for seniors. Class dues payments can be paid with a credit card on your child's MySchoolBucks account or by submitting a check made payable to Hudson High School to the appropriate class treasurer or advisor. Please be sure to include your child's name and YOG in the memo section if paying by check.
