BOOKS FROM BIRTH

Once again, our district has been asked to support our local Imagination Library, Rutherford Books from Birth. Their goal is to raise a dollar for every child in the school system. For us, that is approximately $50,000. The monies that we put into this fundraiser directly impact the students of our school district in a positive way. March, which is National Reading Month is a perfect time to kick off this fundraiser! Click this link for more information https://www.yourlocaluw.org/IMAGINATIONLIBRARY and click on Become an Imagination Library Supporter to donate!

STUDENT ILLNESS

It's the season in which we see various illnesses such as flu, strep, etc. make their way around classrooms. Please help us reduce the spread of illness by keeping your student at home if he/she is displaying symptoms of contagious illness. If your child has a temperature of 100.4 or above, he/she may not return to school until his/her temperature has been below 100.4 for a full 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications. Our custodians are working diligently to keep classrooms clean and we are additionally fogging classrooms periodically to kill germs and reduce spread!
