Walk-a-Thon Update

Walk-a-Thon is Friday, May 5th. There will be NO AFTERCARE!


Waivers to participate in Walk-a-Thon and Field Day will be going home tomorrow, Monday, April 24th. Please make sure all waivers are filled out completely for each student and sent back to school by Friday, April 28th. Students MUST have waivers to participate in the walk and field day activities.

We will be selling shirts for Parents May 2-4 after school in Mary's Courtyard.

Medication Pick-Up

Hello Parents,

Just a friendly reminder that some of your children have medication(s) in the Nurse's Office. If you would like this medication to be sent home with the student, please send me an email at djames@ollv.org with this request. However if you would prefer to pick up the medication(s) please feel free to drop by the Nurse's Office, May 29-31 between 9am-2pm. Medications will be discarded on the last day of school if not picked up.

Classroom Volunteers

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
