What Are We Learning This Week??

We are finishing the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle study. We will review what we have learned, make a final project out of newspaper, and play a game.

We would welcome empty and clean container lids and toilet paper tubes.

We are reviewing the number 17 and letter N. We are introducing the letters V & W this week as well.


Speech-Language Group- March 9-13, 2015

This week, we will follow directions by identifying the letters/sounds G, S, J, D and then perform a pictured action. We will practice asking and answering the question "Who has the ____?" We will practice the nursery rhyme "The Fish Rhyme".

Six, seven, eight, nine, ten,

Online Enrollment Now Open!
Parents of students new to the Papillion-La Vista School District, or who are enrolling their child for kindergarten for the 2015-16 school year, can now submit an online enrollment form. The enrollment form can be found by clicking here. If you do not have online access at home, you will be able to complete an online form at any PLSD School or the PLSD Central Office.
Parents will need to create a username and password to complete the form. Once forms are submitted, please print the forms. On your completion page, you will be shown your child(ren)’s assigned school(s) with contact information. Please contact the school to finalize your enrollment. If you have any questions, please contact the PLSD Student Services office at 402-537-6214.


You also need to register for Kindergarten Roundup - this is separate from online enrollment!


Board Meeting Times Changing – Beginning March 9, 2015!
Beginning with the March 9, 2015 Board of Education meeting, the meeting times for monthly meetings will change from 7 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Board will continue to meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. The change in time will allow better opportunity for residents to participate in Board of Education meetings and allow for more discussion time on specific topics when needed.

Hello Parents! If you need information regarding tuition payments for tax purposes, please remember to ask your child’s teacher for their unique ID that you can use to print off tuition statements from the Tuition Express website (www.Tuitionexpress.com).
