From the Desk Of Mrs. Doyle.......
Dear Families,
We have been decked out in our Patriots gear today and we are ready to cheer on the team this weekend. Go Pats! And in other news….
Congratulations to Barbara Gogan!
We are thrilled to share with you that our own Barbara Gogan is one of this year's recipients of the Massachusetts School Library Association Super Librarian Award. This award honors an MSLA member who has demonstrated excellence in school library programming, curriculum, or made a significant contribution to their school through the library. She will receive this award at the MSLA Awards Banquet on March 31 and we couldn’t be happier for her.
Congratulations to all of our Noyes Staff New Moms!
This year has a been a banner year for babies. We would like to congratulate and welcome to the Noyes family, the following newborns:

Lucas Edmund Ciampa born September 26, son of Jordan Ciampa
Carter James LaMarre born January 14, son of Emily LaMarre
Finn David James Bennett born January 18, son of Maeve Bennett
Julian Robert Buffum born January 24, son of Tara Buffum
Congratulations to all our new moms and their families!
Kindness Campaign
Thank you to our Kindness Committee led by Kristin Moffat for introducing our Make Some Kind Noyes campaign. Students and staff have been excited to talk and participate in acts of kindness. Thank you, families, for your enthusiastic support and for finding ways to demonstrate kindness outside of school as well. Together, we all can make a difference for others. We will share a picture of our blossoming kindness rainbow in our Friday Flyers weekly.
I hope you and your family enjoy this Super Bowl weekend. Stay warm and cheer loudly!
Best,
Annette Doyle
Start Time Survey
Many peer towns including Wayland, Weston, Concord, Acton-Boxborough, Lexington, and Winchester have incorporated the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) by modifying their school start times. Some of these districts have done so already and the remainder are committed to doing so by 2020. Sudbury Public Schools is currently examining how to best implement the AAP recommendations.
To that end, this survey conducted by The Sudbury Public Schools Start Time Subcommittee will help us identify current issues and understand logistical concerns such as school transportation and childcare routines that a change in start times could affect.
Click here to start the survey
Findings from this survey will be shared with the Sudbury Public Schools Committee and the public and are one step in a larger process including additional surveys, forums, and emails. This survey, which is completely anonymous, should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. We thank you in advance for participating and greatly value your input.
Please submit only one response per household.
