Productivity and Interdependence
Chris and Nick York
Interdependence for productivity
It is the mutual dependence between things. Productivity works better with interdependence, two things working together gets done faster and with better quality.
For good productivity you need to have willing workers, and to have willing workers you need to give them incentives, like benefits and extra things. Without this you won't have a hard working team and that means no interdependence.
Relying on others
Interdependence in the work area is the only way you can have a productive job or business that lasts. Working together is always better then working alone. Faster and efficient way of getting things done like on a construction site. If someone doesn't work with the others it messes everything up and others have to stop production and it will ruin everything that was happening.
