MY STRESSORS
some of my stressors are school (homework),this is one of my stressors because the teachers give you to much to do, thinking about my real dad, this is one of my stressors because i have never seen my dad because all he did was go to jail for stealing cars so my mom left him when they had me, I get mad when I get blamed for something my brother or sister did, if my sister takes something I she will come to me first when it was my sister or brother, and it gets me mad when my brother annoys me my brothers never shut up they just keep yelling.

HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS
some ways to deal with stress is, to talk to some people talk to a friend. another way is, to run around outside to get your mind off of it. A third way to deal with stress is skip rocks at a lake to get your mind off of it. another way to deal with stress is, feed the birds that are outside feeding some animals can help you not think of it.

HOW I DEAL WITH STRESS
ways that I deal with stress is I like to ride my bike so after a while I go outside and ride my bike around. another way I deal with stress is play video games, game get my mind off of what I was thinking of. A third way I deal with stress is exercise, when I get mad I go outside and run around the neighborhood. the best way to deal with stress that I do is talk to a friend, when I get mad I will most of the time go outside talk to some friends and play some basketball with them.
STRESS RELIEVING ACTIVITES
what are some stress relieving activities? some stress relieving activities are playing sports, exercise, ride a bike, plant some flowers, draw, and rip paper.
WHY STRESS IS IMPORTANT TO LEARN
stress is important to learn because, it will help people that has stress get rid of it, you can help other people that has stress deal with it, if you did not know how to deal with stress you would not know what to do, if you did not know about stress and you had it what would you do.
