Options Students and Mrs. Clouse 3rd Grade Class combine for Science Fun!

The Options' students had some visitors from Mrs Clouse's 3rd grade science class. Mrs Clouse brought her students to learn about the rainbow trout we have been raising in our classroom. The Options' students did presentations and answered questions and the 3rd graders got to observe the rainbow trout. The trout will be released in Medical Lake soon where the kids will learn about water quality, macroinvertebrates and possibly get some fishing lessons in.

Options Information Meeting

The Options Program will be holding an informal Open Door via Google Meet for families who are interested in learning more about the program or who have questions. This meeting is open to everyone who would like to attend. We often get questions about what we do or who we serve and want to share this amazing program with you. If you are curious, want to question some amazing homeschool families or just learn about us, please join us via Google Meet on May 25th at 5:00 pm. Don't have good internet, feel free to join us in our classroom - room 102 in the High School for the meeting. Can't wait to share our program with you.

Middle School Updates

Parents, this week was ALL about ELA State testing and we want to thank you for your support in ensuring that we had good attendance this week and students were ready to rock this assessment. We started each of the three testing days with breakfast–biscuits and gravy, egg casserole, fruit, muffins and lots of water. Thanks to our district PIE group for supplying mid-morning snacks each day. Mrs. Koch feels that the students put in an enormous amount of effort to show all that they have learned this year. We are excited to see our results!
