September 1st Update
Knight Nation,
What a fantastic first week at WHMS. We are working on establishing our norms and procedures with the students and seen many smiling faces from our new and returning students!
Please remember to RSVP to our Back to School Family Event 4:30-6:00 on September 13th.

Thank you for your continued patience with transportation. Overall the buses have been pretty timely for our first week but they continue to work out the kinks during the first few weeks with overcrowding, late buses etc., so please be patient. Remember to download the Here Comes the Bus App! For those of you choosing to drop your children off in the morning, we'd like to ask that you drop your child off in the circle and let them wait under the overhang between 7:40-7:50 when weather permits to help the flow of traffic.
My School Bucks has been replaced with a new cafeteria management system, LINQ. Please read the attachment with the details on this program and download that app to manage/view/put money on your child's lunch account.
Absence notes must be submitted within three days of returning to school to update the absences. The email to submit absence notes is madisonw@calvertnet.k12.md.us.
If you haven't returned the forms from first day folders, please be sure to return the Code of Conduct (required from every student) and if other forms apply (PTSO, PBIS, Daily Car Rider, FARMS, Electronic Device Registration) please return them Tuesday.
Thank you and enjoy the long Labor Day weekend.
