My Brian Hemisphere
Right Brian Thinker
Although I am capable of using both the right and left side of my brain depending on the situation, I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means that I am Creative, Emotional, and Caring. Because I am a right brain thinker, I could use more Control and Listening skills
My Personality Type
#1 Blue
I have a blue personality type. That means that I am very open. If I feel like crying, I dont care where i am i'll cry. I use my hands alot when im talking. I have to because I need to show people what im talking about. Im very Creative with almost everything i do. When i study i try to make it fun so i'll put some music on and make a flash card game to help me remember everything. I'm also very emotional. I almost always have a huge smile on my face, even if there isnt a reason to. Besides that ill show my emotions, My one friend in NJ knows when im not ok just by the look on my face and thats when im trying to hide the fact that im not ok(haha) There are times when i care about others more than i care about myself. I out others before myself and im perfectly happy that way. It always makes me feel so happy to make people feel better or just cheer them up after a Bad day. This is my Personallity type and I am very happy with it! I wouldn't change a thing.

Decision Making
Conceptual Style
When making decisions I tend to make them Indecisive and follow the Conceptualc style. People with that decision making style Focus on people and the big picture,Consider many possibilities,Use thier gut feeling,Use a variety of data and apply judgement, and have a hige tolernace for unertiany, Is creative and takes risks. Others could see my decision making as Slow and indecisive. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for loose, decentralized settings; informal and simple organization.
