Celebrating Ten Years
Last October, Pennache celebrated 10 years in business. If I was cooking for you In those days, I was at your home. I remember my first cook day like it was yesterday - first snow storm of the season, a long and exhausting day and I learned to always wear gloves when handling jalapenos.
After having my 2 daughters, I built a certified kitchen in my house and 5 years ago I started preparing client meals in my home and delivering them. It has completely changed how I operate my business and allowed me to grow my client base.
