Kia ora koutou,

Twinkling in the winter sky just before dawn, Matariki signals the Māori New Year. For Māori, the appearance of Matariki healds a time of remembrance, joy and peace. It is also a time for communities to come together and celebrate.

As we celebrate our first Matariki Public Holiday tomorrow remember to spend some quality family time together and enjoy one an-others company.

Friends of School Quiz Night

Please come along next week to the Friends of School Quiz night on Wednesday, 29 June at the Otautau Hotel. It would be great to see as many people there as possible and have a strong turn out of numbers. Thank you to everyone who has supported the Friends of School in buying raffle tickets and bringing along items of food for the hampers.
