Multiage Classrooms
Elementary Option at Baron and Doe Run in 2021-2022
What is Multiage?
Learners are grouped for a two-year seamless, multiage experience, engaged in thematic learning, and progress in a child centered, developmentally appropriate, non-competitive, noncomparative environment. Individual learning styles and creative talents are respected and celebrated. The multiage classroom embraces parent partnerships and promotes academic excellence by empowering children to set and achieve high standards, develop problem-solving skills, make responsible decisions, and become lifelong learners.
