Mission Statement

Guided by the Gospel, we partner with diverse families to form students in the Classical tradition, so they may grow in wisdom and virtue to use their gifts in the service of others, and for the glory of Christ and His Catholic Church.

Principal's Message

Dear All Saints Catholic School Families,

We are one full week down! Thank you so much to those that are checking in on PikMyKid for afternoon dismissal. This has helped us decrease our dismissal time and we are sitting at just about 15 mins to get everyone dismissed at the end of the day.

This past week we were also able to have our very first mass with Father Manuel. It was such a blessing to be able to gather back in community for a school mass together and always a blessing to have Father Manuel lead us in mass.

This upcoming week we will begin our first fundraiser of the school year, Chocolate Sales! Let us all pray that we have a profitable fundraiser for the school.

Mary, Queen of All Saints, Pray for Us!

School Safety Practices

Below is a reminder of the local school COVID practices we will have in place for this school year.

  1. Masks are now optional for all students & faculty/staff. If students are choosing to wear a mask, they must be solid navy, black, or white in color.
  2. When possible we will maintain 3 feet social distancing
  3. Water fountains will remain off for the school year. Reusable water bottles are highly encouraged.
  4. Our campus will continue to remain a closed campus for drop-off and pick-up
  5. All classrooms will have a medical grade HEPA air purifier running when students are in the classroom
  6. We will maintain a janitorial porter service to clean all restrooms and high-touch areas during the school day
  7. Our janitorial service will clean daily with medical grade disinfectant and electrostatic sprayers
  8. No virtual instruction will be offered
Please remember in order for us to have a safe and healthy school and remain in-person, we need you all to do your part and if your child is experiencing any COVID symptoms, please DO NOT send your child to school. You MUST contact the school office if your child is experiencing symptoms, has had a COVID exposure, or if they are testing for COVID.

Noon Dismissal this Friday!

This year ALL students will be dismissed from the front of the building on noon dismissal days. If someone new is coming this Friday to pick up your child, please make sure that you have either delegated the pick up responsibility to them in the PikMyKid app, or given them your child's car sign to put on their dash. Also if they are picking up a PK student, please let them know about the change of location for the pick up.

Policy Reminder: Birthdays

We love being able to help you celebrate your child’s life on their birthday. Below is our birthday policy at All Saints. Please read carefully. We don’t want to turn anyone’s birthday treats away because they’re not store bought, or individually packaged.

Birthday Policy

"Teachers will reach out to parents the week before a child’s birthday to coordinate birthday treats. Birthday treats may be a cupcake, or cookie that is store bought and individually wrapped. Please also consider non-food items as a treat such as a donation of a book to the classroom library, a game for indoor recess, or even a school supply item like a pencil for a treat for each classmate. Teachers and classmates will sing “Happy Birthday” to recognize the student. Parents are asked not to send in additional treats, decorations, treat bags, or party favors."

REMINDER: Handbook Signature Page

Friendly reminder that the handbook signature page is due Friday, August 27. If you need another copy, click on the link below, or contact the school office. Thanks!

This is our first year ordering the pizza lunches online. As such, we have just discovered a small issue in that pizza lunch ordering that we have worked through with FACTS. Some families may have pre-loaded, or transferred funds from last year, to their Cafeteria Pre-Pay account. Unfortunately with the online ordering, payment is NOT able to be pulled from this account to pay for pizza lunches. If you have funds in Cafeteria Pre-Pay, the office can either transfer these funds to another account like to your tuition balance, or we can refund you these funds. Please contact the office to let us know what you would like to do. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Pizza Sale: Thank you!

Thank you for supporting home and school and purchasing a pizza lunch on Friday! Proceeds from these lunches support our teacher Supplies and Classroom materials. If you need help ordering, please see the link below and contact the school office if you are still having issues.

Extended Day Program

Any student still left after the end of dismissal (3:40pm) that has not been picked up will be taken to Extended Care. Once checked in, you will be charged the daily rate for Extended Care. When you arrive, you will call the Extended Care phone number to let them know that you are here for your child and the Extended Care staff will bring your child out to the front for you. Please save the Extended Care number in your phone is case you ever need to use it, and share it with others that might be picking your child after hours. See the phone number below.

If testing for COVID, the school must have the results sent to them before your child can receive the approval to return to school. We also ask that if one child is exhibiting COVID symptoms in the family and there are other All Saints children in the home, ALL students should remain at home.

Should you have any other health, or COVID related questions, Mrs. Crocker is our local school health representative working in guidance and support with our Diocesan nurse. Mrs. Crocker's direct email is

All immunizations and health reports for new students and those returning students that needed them were due by the 1st Day of School. We have several of these items that we are missing from students. Please be on the lookout for an email from Mrs. Crocker, which will go out before the end of the week if you have one of these items missing. Pay close attention to the final deadline given for these items on the email. We appreciate your support so our Health Office will be in compliance with the diocese. If you receive an email and feel it is in error, please contact the school office.

All School Mass

We will have our first All School Mass, on Sunday, August 27. We ask you to please have your child wear their school mass uniform and consider attending as a family either the 9am, or 10:30am mass on Sunday, so we can show our presence to the larger All Saints community. If you attend with your child, please share your picture on social media using #ascsfw and your child will receive a small treat on Monday from Home & School.
