Happy Saturday Trailblazers
Dear Trailblazer Families,
This week we celebrated Law Enforcement Day! We would like to thank all who keep us safe. We would especially like to thank our amazing Prosper ISD Police Officer Leon Goodman. We are so fortunate to have Officer Goodman on our campus. He is a friend to students and staff alike. He is always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. If you get a chance, please remember to thank him for his service to our district.
Another exciting event this week was that Mayukha Ivaturi represented Bryant Elementary at the District Spelling Bee. She did an amazing job and we are so proud of our trailblazer!
Again, I’d like to share that Prosper ISD is always on the lookout to hire great people. If you know someone who would be an awesome addition to our district, please have them go to this LINK and apply. There are many different positions available, not just teaching. We also need part time help in the form of substitute teachers. For further information, please visit the Substitute Information page (https://www.prosper-isd.net/Domain/1246) on our district website or contact Wendy Smith, Substitute Specialist, at email@example.com.
If you would like to sign up for a lunch visit with your child, you will have the choice of eating outside or inside our cafeteria. We will have some tables set up on the stage and you and your child are welcome to eat there. Bryant Lunch Sign up
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me through phone or email. I will do my best to respond as soon as possible.
We hope you have a great long weekend with your family.

17th- MLK day/ Student Holiday
21st- PTO meeting
3rd- Hope Squad Meeting
21st-Bad Weather Make-Up Day (School Holiday)
In the event of bad weather:
We just want to remind you if there is a possibility of bad weather that could result in the delay of the start of school or closing school, we will use CONNECT ED to notify you. You will receive an e-mail, phone call, and text message notifying you of the delay or closing. In addition, the information will be posted on all PISD social media outlets. Moreover, the local television stations will receive notice as well. Therefore, there is no need to call your child’s campus to see if we are having school. If you do not receive any notification, we will be having school and starting at the regularly scheduled time. For this reason, it is important to make sure that your school has the most up-to-date and accurate contact information.
Our PTO has our online spirit wear store open for sales for only for one more day.
You will find a variety of sizes, colors, styles and designs. Whether you are looking for some Bryant Spirt Wear, Eagles Fan Wear, or just to show off your Prosper Pride, we have something you will love in both youth and adult sizing.
Proceeds from spirit wear sales help our students, school, families and community. Your support allows us to support student programs, provide needed equipment and many other improvements!
The online store closes soon, so hurry and get your orders in!
Our counselor will be providing an anti-victimization lesson to our Bryant students by using the Play It Safe Curriculum. This lesson will include the following information: safe touches, unsafe touches and confusing touches. The schedule has been provided. For more information, please read the attached flyer or you can visit the play it safe website. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Mrs. Pallares at: firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you!
New year, new outlook. Now that our new year is on it's way, how can we continue instilling positivity after we've begun our routines again? When we feel like we're always going 100 mph, we've got to take time to maintain positivity so our children can also begin those great habits. Here is a fun, family game that will make everyone happy to play.
