The Beginning
World War II started in the year of 1939. In 1939 Hitler and soviet leader Joseph stalin the Germen-Soviet Nonaggression pact, which incited a frenzy of worry in London and Paris. World War II did not start off with guns and shooting. Within a week Great Britain was joined in the war by Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Union of South Africa, and India. The US had protested the actions of these Countries. Along with World War I, World War II was one of the great watershed in 20th-century geopolitical history.
