Hawk Happenings
Special Edition
Happy Wednesday, HRBA Families!
Tomorrow night is our big Christmas program! We apologize if you have seen a couple of different times for the students to report to the classrooms for this event or if you got info late on what costume your child should wear. Here is the schedule...I promise!
Thursday, Dec. 19th:
- 6 pm - Seating Begins for Christmas Program (entire front row reserved for auction families)
- 6:30 pm - Students Report to Classrooms, Tamale Sale Begins
- 7:00 pm - Christmas Program Begins
The program should last about an hour and, if there are extra tamales to sell, the sale will begin again afterward.
The kids have been working hard at practicing their songs and we hope you will enjoy this special event...it is our gift to you.
Volunteer Opportunity: If you are looking for something to do on Friday, Dec. 27th, we are in need of a couple of strong individuals to help with putting up the swing sets and pouring concrete. We have a contractor in charge of this, but we could use 2 - 3 volunteers who don't mind getting dirty! Please contact me (Ms. Dempsey) if you can help.
Have a wonderful and safe holiday season, especially those who are travelling. We will see you on Jan. 6th as we welcome the actors of the Missoula Children's Theater and the magical world of Robinson Crusoe.
Blessings,
Katie Dempsey

Auction Procurement Outing!
Reminder: $100 Auction Family Commitments are due February 7, 2020!
On Friday, December 20, 2019 families will be heading out to procure auction donations from local businesses. This is a great way to fulfill your $100 auction commitment. The value of the donations received will go towards this total. You will also receive volunteer hours for your assistance. Please see the sign-up link here to participate: https://m.signupgenius.com/#!/showSignUp/60B0A4CADAA23A4FD0-donations
If you are interested in taking part in this, but cannot make it on Friday, we will likely have another round of procurement letter, so stay tuned! Thank you to Ms. Valerie for putting this together!
As noted on the Financial Agreement, each Holy Rosary family is required to contribute to the annual Auction (formerly Crab Feed). We will accept donations equal to or greater than $100 in value in the form of cash or check, gift cards to local restaurants, businesses, sporting events, or places of interest. Families may also provide vouchers for goods and services such as catering, lawn maintenance, baked goods, etc. At the auction, there will be a wine toss game. If you would like, you can donate wine towards your $100 commitment. We can provide donation forms, if you prefer to solicit your items from a local business, stop by the office to grab a form.
When turning in your auction items to the office, we will ask you to submit a form with an item description and value. This allows us to track these as in kind donations.
If the item or payment is not received by February 7, families will be invoiced $150.
***Items are subject to procurement committee approval.***
