We will be having 2 school wide Wellness/PE activities, 1 in January and 1 in February.


We will have a 100th day of school challenge. This voluntary challenge is to be done at HOME individually by each student. The grade level to turn in the most scoreboards will win a BONUS RECESS. Please click HERE to see the flyer with more information.


We are bringing back our Healthy Snack Challenge. This voluntary challenge is to be done at SCHOOL by each student. Only ONE class out of the entire school will win. 4th grade is preparing for their upcoming Plano Symphony Orchestra concert. They are celebrating their 40th season!

Celebrating Connections for our 40th Anniversary Season! The Plano Symphony Orchestra is a member of the League of American Orchestras, the Texas Orchestra Managers Association, the Texas Association of Symphony Orchestras, the Plano Chamber of Commerce, the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, the Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Plano Rotary Club and Frisco Chamber of Commerce.

Gung Hay Fat Choy/Gong Xi Fa Cai from the Art studio!! Happy Lunar New Year! This year it’s celebrated on Jan 22nd, the Year of the Rabbit! The Lunar New Year is celebrated for 15 fabulous days in many countries across the globe. We will have our annual First Grade Dragon Parade on Friday Feb 3rd at 1:45 inside the school!

  5. Listen to a story with your child, and discuss the plot. Discussing the characters, setting, problem, and solution with your children will help them understand story elements more easily.
