FROM MR. BLACKMER
Dear Winter Park Band Families:
There is a lot happening this week, so please read through the Newsletter carefully and make note of all events and deadlines!

- Support our Scholars event (select student only)
- Final regular season home football game and Senior Night
- Marching Band MPA
Congratulations to all of the Winter Park Bands on a terrific first concert of the school year! All of the bands had great moments on stage - a great first step toward some outstanding performances to come! I'd like to recognize our student brass quintet one more time for their outstanding performance on the Bernstein Mass - Evan Bletz and Evan Jackson on trumpet, Neff Bernard on horn, Jordan Gidus on trombone, and Daniel Sullivan on tuba!
All the Best,

With the holiday season quickly approaching, this is an excellent tool to raise money for the Band every time you shop at Amazon. The Winter Park High School Alumni Band Association is a registered charity on Smile.Amazon.com, so please remember to use this unique link to shop at Amazon every time, and a small percentage of the sale (at no cost to you) will automatically be sent quarterly to the WPHSABAA account and then donated to the Winter Park Band Program. If we all use this link every time, we can raise funds on an ongoing basis to help the band! https://smile.amazon.com/ch/27-0964817
